Before I came on board with Private Equity Access, my career was spent as a human resources generalist in such Fortune industries as the nation’s largest investor-owned water utility, a financial services firm, and most recently an investment bank. My career spans more than two decades working in noteworthy companies, and developing a robust understanding of the signifcant operating and financial demands companies face every day.
At Private Equity Access, we made the decision to focus our placement efforts exclusively for the private equity community, and by doing so, we have the ability to focus intensely on our clients without background noise or distractions. We realize the demands our private equity clients face when seating an executive within a portfolio company. The details are rigorous, the timing is often ‘yesterday,’ and the match between executive and organization is often multi-faceted. Frankly, we enjoy those challenges and our aim is to meet them for every client, every day. We believe that our work on behalf of our clients is so significant that we cannot afford to make mistakes.

Nancy Turskey, CEO

Bio for Nancy Rollins Turskey:
Ms. Turskey is an experienced Human Resources executive, with more than 25 years of experience working for Fortune organizations (AIG, H&R Block subsidiary, American Water). She has spent the past 15 years at the senior level.
Most recently, Ms. Turskey worked for RSM Equico, an investment bank in Costa Mesa, CA and a subsidiary of H&R Block. Her work at Equico encompassed a number of areas, most importantly as a key player involved with a strategic global resourcing initiative of one of the company’s critical professional functions.
Throughout her career, Ms. Turskey has proven to be an effective executive with a unique expertise in the development of and implementation of end-to-end business systems, processes and organization infrastructure that serve to strengthen financial results. Other areas of her expertise include acquisition deal team experience ($370 million project in Orange County and $1.4 billion multi-operation); pre-acquisition due diligence; post-acquisition employee orientation; change management; repositioning companies for competition, and organizational strategy.
Ms. Turskey is a graduate of Chapman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She also has received certification from the Wharton School in Strategic Decision Making and Human Resources; and holds the designation of Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management. She is currently a graduate student at Gonzaga University in their Masters, Organizational Leadership program.
